Using Ingham County Released Inmates means that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

This privately owned resource is not affiliated with Ingham County, a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services. The site is not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Resource

Ingham County Released Inmates is a private reference site with no governmental authority. It does not hold official records, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request with an agency on a visitor’s behalf.

The site organizes links and general instructions for Ingham County and Michigan inmate, jail, release, court, parole, and probation resources. Some pages also connect visitors with independent research tools.


Acceptable Use

Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use that does not harm people, systems, or other visitors. You agree that you will not:

  • Tenant selection, leasing, or another housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility

These terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.


Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
